Pilates Reformer Cancellation & Enrollment Policy

Due to high demand and small class sizes, our Reformer series often fill and develop a waitlist. To keep things fair for everyone:

  • Our Pilates Reformer classes are offered in intimate 4‑class series on the same day on consecutive weeks.

  • We aren’t able to offer makeup classes at this time. We encourage you to choose a series that fits your schedule so you can enjoy the full benefits of consistent practice.

  • Cancellations made one week or more before the first class will receive a refund to your Green Lotus account.

  • Because each series is carefully balanced, we cannot change or switch your series enrollment within one week of the start date.

  • One week prior to the series start date, GL opens up registration for drop-in visits to fill any open spots at the drop-in rate of $40 per session.

  • Series pricing is available to students enrolled in the same day/time for the full series. If a student would like to take classes on different days or times, they can wait until drop-in enrollment opens one week prior to the start date.

  • If Green Lotus cancels a class series, you can either transfer enrollment to another series or receive a refund to your GL account or your payment method.

 

Green Lotus Weather Policy


If the public schools in Lakeville or Mendota close due to snow and unsafe road conditions, classes and appointments at the respective centers will be cancelled. If schools close because of cold temperatures, we will remain open.

During non-school hours, when there is excessive snowfall, we will make a decision quickly. We will communicate cancellations through our home page, online schedule, by email blast, and phone if you have preregistered. We will also update the Centers' Facebook pages.
