Jessica Tevik

Massage Therapy, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Cupping Therapy, and Energy Work

Jessica spent her college years studying regenerative farming, yoga, consciousness studies, physics, and meditation. After graduating, she found herself living and working in a community of healers in California where the Harbin School of Healing Arts was housed. It was there that she was inspired to begin bodywork studies. She continued her education at the Massage Therapy Institute in Davis and at the Esalen Institute in Big Sur.

Jessica is passionate about listening deeply and empowering others in their healing journey. She has studied many different modalities and approaches and has continued to fine-tune her practice since 2015. Each session is unique and inspired by the client's intentions and needs. She uses an integrative approach, largely inspired by her favorite modalities such as Esalen, Thai Yoga Massage, Trigger-Point Therapy, Ortho-Bionomy, the Trager Approach, and Cranial-Sacral Therapy.

Her specialties include integrative light- to medium-pressure relaxation and therapeutic massage, reflex release work, table Thai yoga bodywork, trigger point work, hands-on energy work, cupping therapy, belly/digestive massage, face massage, aromatherapy, pre- and post-natal massage, PMS support, and self-care technique education.
