Andrea Claassen is an Ayurvedic Wellness Coach, RYT 500 yoga teacher, author, and Wild Woman Project Circle Leader who has been in the wellness field since 2007. Her mission is to help you slow down, tune in, and connect to your divine body wisdom. She uses mother nature as the guide, inviting you to learn to live a cyclical and more aligned life.
She is passionate about helping you learn how to listen to your body. Ayurveda teaches you to trust your inner wisdom and live a lifestyle that evolves as you do. Let go of the idea of dieting and of workout-hopping - learn the wellness path that is best for you, tailored to your unique constitution with the life science of yoga, Ayurveda.
Andrea is a lifelong learner and has studied many modalities throughout the years to better her students’ results. She has a BA from Hamline University with a double major in psychology and sports and exercise science. She is a certified pre/postpartum athleticism coach and restorative yoga teacher. Andrea studied Ayurveda with Cate Stillman in a year-long Living Ayurveda program. She wanted more so she invested in Katie Silcox’s Shakti School two-year program in which she had the honor of studying under many wise women and men in the yoga, Ayurveda, and herbal communities.
Andrea has a husband and one son. She grew up in a small southern Minnesota town and now resides in St. Paul. In her free time, you can find her wandering through the woods on her favorite bike trail.
